Sunday Social

If you haven't heard - I LOVE getting new followers.  I also really appreciate everybody that takes the time to come visit my blog, and especially those who leave comments.  I try to respond to the comments I receive, and reciprocate by viewing the others person's blog and often time following them as well.  In doing so, Brianne at My Life As... introduced me to Sunday Social at Ashley's Carnival Ride.

Each week, Ashley lists a series of questions to be answered, and then linked up to share.  So . . . here we go!!

1. What is the name of your blog?  How long have you been blogging?
This one: My Mind's Lens, which I started in June of 2012.  I also am on-and-off with my original blog, Delectably Home.  That one premiered at the beginning of 2012.

2. Why do you blog?
To share.  The purpose of Delectably Home is to share my endeavors in the kitchen and craft world, while My Mind's Lens is to promote my photography.

3. What is the first blog that you ever followed?
I'm not sure what the first one I actually followed was, but I think the first one that I linked up with was 52 Mantels.

4. What is your favorite post you wrote in 2012?
It really is a three way tie.  My very first post for My Mind's Lens is really special to me.  Inspiration really came from my heart, and featured a few of my favorite photos from when I was starting out.  The photos in Sleep are from my very first newborn portrait session, which was really exciting.  And finally, Detached features some beautiful fall colors and was a lot of fun to shoot.

5. What are your blogging goals for 2013?
My hope for this year is to continue to be inspired and to inspire others and that in doing so that my blog would continue to grow.
